Sparkly Red Christmas Tree Décor

This is a white upcycled placemat that has a vinyl sparkly red Christmas tree.  I added tiny silver jingle bells, vintage jewelry and salvaged ribbon flowers to decorate the tree.  It has beautiful red vintage red lace at the bottom and finished off with red rhinestone chains,  It hangs on a red dowel and silver ribbon.  It is 17 inches long and 13 inches wide.
