Merry Christmas with Jingle Bells Wall Hanging

This is a white upcycled placemat that has “Merry Christmas”  and Santa’s sleigh in bright red vinyl.  I added vintage lace, red jingle bells, ribbons and trims.  The white trim on the bottom is real feathers, and is super soft.  The bells at the bottom are hung with simple red ribbon and hang at different lengths, the longest is 10 inches.  It hangs on a red dowel and vintage trim.  It is 18 inches long and 13 inches wide.
