I call this fascinator Lizzy, easier to keep track of names instead of numbers. Started with a buckram base. Vintage jewelry, and vintage sequins patches. Finished off with various trims in Ivory and gold. Hat box is also handmade to match to fascinator. Fascinator has a two inch clear plastic comb for securing it in place. All items are steamed before they are shipped.
