Cordelia Fascinator/Hat Box

The Cordelia Fascinator is almost completely vintage, Buckram frame is covered in vintage lace and handmade lace flowers. It also has pearl trim and vintage jewelry that is perfectly arranged for subtle Victorian steampunk bling. Clear plastic comb is secured to fascinator for easy placement. The trim around the inside can easily be bobby-pinned as well. Heart shaped hat box is vintage as well, it is covered in matching lace and pearl trim. Hand stitched and One-of-a- kind.
